As I painted these puppies and listened to some soulful music over the weekend, I had such mixed feelings. These sweet babies were plucked from this world way too early…that’s the bitter. So, we recently lost our dog of near 11 years. Seems she had a stroke sometime during the night and the next day was absolutely heart-wrenching.
