In honor of reaching a milestone of 3000 fans on my facebook page, I am giving away a custom SNart to some lucky animal lover. All you need to do to be in the running is to e-mail me your favorite photo of your critter. The winner will be announced here on my website on Monday, January 16th. Good luck!

It’s Monday! Time to announce the winners (I decided, to be fair, to do one dog and one cat winner) so here they are. Meet Cinder (pup) and Heidi (kitty).. can hardly wait to SNart them

For everyone that submitted photos for this give-away, don’t feel bad about not winning. Odds are good that I am going to draw your furbabies anyway (if you gave me the ok to do that). There were SO many sweet photos that would make wonderful SNarts, Warm Fuzzies, or PETites. Stay tuned! Oh, and I will DEFINITELY do a give-away like this again, so there will always be other chances.

If you are new to my site and don’t know what a SNart is, it’s fine art done on a 3 x 3 sticky note. I use acrylic paint, ink, and prisma colors for these small works. And recently I have been doing a lot of commissioned ones as groupings. The one below was commissioned as a gift for someone that has nine kitties. Others have done a grouping of all their animals past and present in one frame. Love that idea! Interested in finding out more about SNarts? My next event is the Houston Cat Show on August 27th and 28th and I am “purrty” excited about it.
